Ben brings a calm, capable presence to Brookside Realty’s Property Management team, where he focuses on delivering reliable, day-to-day support to both property owners and tenants. Known for his attention to detail and consistent follow-through, Ben ensures that each property is managed with care—from routine inspections and maintenance coordination to tenant relations and lease administration.

With a background in property management operations and a passion for creating safe, well-maintained rental environments, Ben understands the unique challenges that come with investment ownership. He works closely with landlords to protect their assets, minimize vacancy, and maintain positive tenant experiences throughout the lease term.
