A key member of our operations team, Asitha supports property owners, tenants, and our internal team by managing everything from rent roll tracking and owner disbursements to trust accounting and year-end reporting. Known for being approachable, thorough, and dependable, he plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our residential and commercial portfolios.
