🔹 How do I request maintenance or repairs?
Submit non-urgent requests through our Maintenance Request Form. For emergencies like flooding or heating failure, call 604-250-7755 immediately.
🔹 Am I responsible for minor repairs?
Tenants are responsible for everyday minor maintenance like light bulbs and batteries. Major repairs should be reported to our team.
🔹 Can the landlord or property manager enter my unit?
Yes, with proper notice. We must provide at least 24 hours written notice except in emergencies.
🔹 How much notice do I need to give if I want to move out?
One full month's written notice is required. For example, to move out June 30, notice must be given before June 1.
🔹 What happens to my security deposit?
Deposits are returned within 15 days after move-out, pending inspection and fulfillment of all tenancy terms.
🔹 Can I have a pet in my rental unit?
Pet policies vary. If permitted, a pet deposit (half a month’s rent) is required. Check your lease agreement or ask us first.
